School fund
I normally write to parents at this point in the year, asking that they make a £30 contribution to our School Fund. I’m not sending that letter this year. Lots of families face uncertain times.
However, below is a list of what we spent the fund on last year, including the period when we were closed down.
Thank you again to those parents who supported us last year.
Macmillan Coffee Morning
Although we were unable to host the Macmillan Coffee Morning this year, Mr Davey and Year 11 wanted to encourage parents and students to hold their coffee mornings at home. The Just Giving page is still open [link] and so far, we have raised £550, over half way to their £909 target.
Entrance test
We welcome Year 6 students tomorrow taking the second of two entrance tests. I wish them all the best for Saturday morning.
All good wishes,
Alistair Hopkins
Headmaster
