Parents: How can you help Caistor Grammar School?

Posted on 2nd October 2013

There are many ways that parents can help Caistor Grammar School to be an even better school.

Firstly, you can go along tonight to the AGM of the Friends of Caistor Grammar School and lend your support to this excellent organisation (if you can’t come, then you can contact the Secretary of the Friends, Mrs Deborah Craddock, at the School to offer help in the future.)

Secondly, you can consider applying to become a Governor of the School.  (See my most recent Parents’ Letter “Our most important night of the Year” letter) 14/2013 which has a link on this website.

Thirdly, you can contribute to the School Fund.  A request for funds is also set out in the same Parents’ Letter.

Finally, as always, we look to parents of our students to support the rich and varied extra curricular life of the School.  We are very grateful to all those who came to the Macmillan Coffee Morning last week.  We hope you will come in large numbers to our Careers Evening next Tuesday 8 October if your child is in Year 9 or above.  We would particularly encourage you to buy tickets for the forthcoming production of “Jesus Christ Superstar” to be performed at Caistor Town Hall on Tuesday 15th, Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th October.  It will be stupendous.
