Further Excellent News on CGS’s GCSE Results.

CGS has been ranked as the 49th best performing State School in the Country in The Times, and the 115th highest, including Independent Schools. This was in terms of percentage of students gaining A*-A grades (65.9% for us). We lead Lincolnshire, once again. using this indicator and also in terms of percentage of A* grades (25.6% for us).

CGS is ranked 75th state school in the Country in the Daily Telegraph, in terms of the percentage of students gaining 5 A*-C grades. Our figure of 98.9% is the highest one amongst Lincolnshire’s Schools.

Once again, Caistor Grammar School has achieved the memorable double of leading Lincolnshire at both A Level & GCSE in the DfE Performance League Tables. We have done so for every one of the last 7 years and for nine times out of the last ten years. We have headed the A level tables in the County for each of the last 13 years.

Congratulations go to all our students, staff, students’ parents and Governors who have contributed to this success!
