On Sunday 21st May 2017, 47 students from Year 10 completed their Bronze Assessed Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Expedition in the Lincolnshire Wolds.
The weather was truly ‘British’ with sunshine, cloud, heavy showers and the distant rumble of thunder!
Students rose to the challenge of journeying for 2 days in teams of between 6 and 7 and camping overnight in Walesby. Each team was working towards a specific aim. We now look forward to enjoying their presentations in the weeks to come.
Many thanks to all the staff, volunteers and assessors who helped make the weekend such a success.
