- Our Progress 8 score for 2024 was +0.68. In 2023, it was +0.55. In 2022 it was +0.61. This was in the category ‘well above average’ in all three years. In 2025, there was no Progress 8 measure.
- Our Attainment 8 figure for 2025 was 69.6. In 2024, it was 71.1, and in 2023, it was 69.1. This compares to the National average of 45.9.
- In 2025, 89.4% of students achieved Grade 5+ in English and Maths. In 2024, it was 94%, and 91% in 2023. This compares to the national average of 45.2%.
- In 2025, 78.7% of students achieved the Ebacc at grade 5+. In 2024, this was 81%, and in 2023 83%. The National figure was 18.6%. Our EBacc Average Points Score was 6.87 in 2025, 7.03 in 2024, and 6.76 in 2023. This compares to the National Average of 4.08.
- At A-level, our LV3A value added score for 2024 was 0.21. In 2019 it was +0.01, and in 2018 +0.07. The average point score per entry was 43.8 in 2024, 39.34 in 2023. This equates to a grade B+, compared to the national average of 35.5. Our AAB% was 48.2% in 2024 and 30.9% in 2023, compared to the national average of 17.1%.
- At A-Level, the most recent retention rate was 94.4%, following on from 98% and 91% (according to the IDSR report). The percentage of students who continued in sustained education, training or employment after KS4 was 100% in the most recent IDSR, following on from 97% and 99%, compared to 91% nationally. After A-level, the most recent figures in the IDSR data for continuation in sustained education, employment or training are 92%, following on from 96% and 90%, above the national average of 79%.
